The people who work there are the nicest I've encountered in a hotel, and I live in hotels for months at a time, around the world. The food in the restaurant is terrific. The location could not be better. Great spa services. Nice fireplace to have a drink or dessert. Would not change a thing!

I stayed here with an Insight Vactions Bus Tour in September 2011.
It is a lovely Hotel in a good part of St Moritz with some (very expensive) small restaurants very close by. I found the staff to be good and helpful and quite friendly. THe room was small but the bathroom was really nice and the whole Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was quite good and I had no problems of any sort with my stay there. I would rate it 8/10

My visit to this amazing hotel was during my honeymoon in October 2011. Centrally located in the small but upmarket town of St. Moritz the hotel is an excellent place to stay. The room was small but amenities were very good and they compensated for the size of the room. The minibar was very nice. It snowed in St. Moritz during our stay so the morning view from the hotel room was a different experience altogether. For people who do not look beyond Indian food overall St. Moritz may not be the best. Indian food is hard to find. But the breakfast in this hotel was excellent. All in all an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and me travelled to the Crystal Hotel St Moritz for our honeymoon this Oct 2011.
The hotel is a cute place right at the centre St Moritz close to the lake .
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms is fairly small , however the decor and service was very nice. The bathroom amenities , mini - bar & house keeping were top - notch.

01 problem was that they do not have tea - coffee makers in the room (& they do not provide it as well ).

Overall , wonderful experience at the Crystal Hotel St Moritz.
