Our 13 member ski club stayed here for 7 nights. What a wonderful place! Nice rooms, clean, great location, and very helpful staff. Food was excellent too! A special shout out to Ursula, who greeted us each morning with a smile and coffee.

My days of being a snob are over...this gem of a hotel was so classy I'd personally give it a 4-star. The attention to detail in the rooms and bathrooms was surprising for a 3-star. Reception was exceptionally helpful, the owner (Marcus) charming and simply lovely (big shout-out to Hannelore and Natalia also). Our every comfort was thought of, almost as if one was staying with friends, including offering to drop us off for New Year's eve so my heels wouldn't be a problem in the snow. Chocolates were delivered by charming staff to our room every evening with a big hospitable smile. The location is the best in St Moritz, hands down, and its Roo Bar is the best apres-ski bar in town, hands down. So do ask for a room on the quiet side of the building if possible. To the Hauser family and establishment: keep up the class act!

What a nice, central, clean, pleasant, modern, comfy hotel in St Moritz. This hotel was part of our Swiss Rail Adventure 8 day train package and we were extremely happy with this hotel. Great location for walking around St Moritz and in particular, the back streets, and taking in the views of the nearby mountains. Staff friendly and helpful, our room was quite large and the windows opened for some fresh air. Enjoy St Moritz !

Not overly expensive based on what else was available in St Moritz. The restaurant was quite tasty, though rather expensive. Bar was hopping on a late Sunday afternoon. To my recollection, there was no free wifi...
