Helen Kolb, wife of co-owner of the Palace, did her best to make the hotel a diamond in the Alps. She "invested" a lot into interior charm and hospitality tradition. No naphthalene however.. Modern pool and spa area, up-to-date rooms, all-you-need ski facilities. We liked hotel's service, we liked its eating experience. No need to find anything outside after your sports activities.

Wowwwww, this is the hotel to try at least once in your life.
Well known locally is absolutely one the best hotel I have stayed at.
Overlooking the lake and a beautiful view of the valley, offer a high class service
And outstanding food and wine list.
Suggestion to spend some time on the renaissance bar with a huge panoramic window and a wonderful variety of a cocktails.
All Staff are extremely helpful and professional
I would recommend this hotel to anyone can travel to St. Moritz, bad the way, not less important are the huge amazing downhill ski runs available for skiers.

Lovely hotel in a very central location. Great transportation services to skiing areas. Rooms a little old fashioned and the tv channels terrible, unless you want to watch the news! Room service was good and i have to say the staff were all amazing and so friendly and always helpful.

What can I say.. From the point we stepped off tge train at st moritz station we boarded the glacier express next day it was like heaven. We went in the lean season but the service was not lean in any manner. We got a lovely room. We ate lovely food at their restaurant and to top it all they gave a lovely bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our second honeymoon. we wish we stayed longer than one night. Look foreward to coming back during winter... Oh by the way they pick you up in a rolls royce phamtom and drop you back in a 1960 s classic rolls.. Just a small touch which I am sure you will enjoy
