Staying at Seehof makes you feel you are up the alpines, with wooden floors, low roofs, Swiss chalet looking resturants. The service is good, Food delectable swiss. It is located closer to davos dorf and a little away from the promenade.but Davos is small and you will enjoy the walk. It has a beautiful landscape outside the hotel with a big fountain which looks pretty in the evening.

- Definitely overpriced for what is offered
- Don't use the restaurant in the house (Stuebli), after Chateaubriand, my stomach was upset the entire next day, which screwed up what could have been a great snowboard day.
- We found a piece of used, dirty underwear under the chair (NOT OURS) that the cleaner obviously missed
- I had much better breakfast at ** or *** cozy hotels in the Alps before, the buffet has very little quality selection items. Omelets were undercooked, best thing was the cappuccino, the salmon and fruits
- the hotel is centrally located, which is a plus. in fact, the ski lift parsenn is right next to the hotel.
- All staff is from Germany.. kind of a bummer, I don't know, they just don't give you that warm and fuzzy Alp feeling

I stayed here for three nights for a business meeting, and I must say that the hotel was very good. Very close to the train station (make sure you get off at Davos Dorf and not Davos Platz) and within walking distance for shopping and restaurants, it was nicely located. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, except for the heat -- the room had no individual thermostat and the heat was blasting most of the time. For sleeping this was OK, but for other times, I needed to open my window to let in some cold air. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

At the entrance to the ski tube and across the road from the famous cathedral. Hotel is cosy and comfortable, however restaurants close quite early. Complimentary internet and a pool table. Parking is free with a voucher from the hotel.
