I don't think I have ever raved about a hotel to friends quite so much as the Grischa in Davos. I have stayed in many Swiss ski resort hotels in the same price bracket and this is far better than anywhere else.
Located opposite Davos Platz railway station the location is great.

The lobby is tastefully decorated and very open and welcoming.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The ski room was well set-up.

The room was very comfortable and cosy and not sterile like hotel rooms can be. Lots of space. Stylish. Lots of TV channel options including several in english. It felt like a room that was designed by people who knew what guests look for in a hotel room.
The little touches were there such as:
- petit fours
- low lighting in the bathroom so no need to turn the light on in the night
- welcome drink on arrival
- bottle of water when we checked out

Breakfast was good.

The bar was comfortable and had a good atmosphere.

We did not dine in the restaurant as had other arrangements but I'll come back with more friends and certainly go there.

We both work in 5 stars properties and have high expectations. We stayed 7 nights and had a fantastic time. Food was amazing, the room was great, room services as well. Reception was great. Ski room was clean and very good. Bar was lovely and great Service. We had a Fondu and thats was very tasty. Location is great. I forgot something in the room and they even sent it to me, how nice is that.....Te only smal negative was that our room did not have a very nice view, oh well.
All in all a perfect week in Hotel Grischa and Davos.
Can't wait until the Wellness is finish, hopefully by next December. I think then, it will be the best Hotel in Davos.

Spent a wonderful weekend at Grisha. Welcome drink on arrival and relaxed check-in set the scene for a great stay. We stayed in the Bocktenhorn Suite which was very comfortable. Decor was clean, modern and hip. It was between seasons so the hotel was quiet. Chinese restaurant was very good and very popular with the locals so make sure you book. European restaurant was very plain and stark. However, the day we left they were to begin renovations on this restaurant to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Food quality was very good in both restaurants. Breakfast was a simple but good buffet with nice freshly cooked egg options and excellent coffee (cappucino and latte). Service was friendly and multi-lingual.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we had nice time being there.The hotel is quite new, built in an architecture style which was not exactly my style,little bit cold, but we could still appreciate the fact that it was impeccably clean, nicely furnished even to work on your computer ( this is always a problem in hotels) - there was a nice "working corner" in the living room and very comfortable.Every room has a little balcony where we could enjoy the sun.
The hotel has two wonderful restaurants for the moment, and in December , together with the opening of the new wing of the hotel, there will be two more restaurants.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, so overall, we enjoyed our staying in this hotel.
