This was our first trip to Europe and our first stop. We had fifteen people so we needed six rooms. The hotel was clean, neat, and convenient. There was a small bar on the main floor with a room off of that for computer use. There was a great breakfast restaurant that had all of the foods you would want for a breakfast to start the day. The location was perfect. We walked from the train station probably about five blocks. After we checked in, we walked to churches and parks and restaurants. The staff was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

This hotel can and should be better, especially when you consider we paid 180fr p/n for it! Parking was fine, though cost 12fr. Internet is free but no wifi so you can't use an iPad, only a laptop. The room was large and seemed clean. On closer inspection the toilet bowl and shower head needs a decent scrub (the shower was terrible, worst yet... No pressure and 'spat' water, I couldnt even wash the conditioner out of my hair properly). The worst part was the bed and pillows which were obviously not changed before we got there as they were full of long black hair and black pubic hairs.... They were not ours as we are both blonde. Gross. Breakfast was also not the 'hot champagne breakfast' advertised. There was no champagne (not really an issue, but was noted) and the only hot food was boiled eggs. If it was cleaner and breakfast was better I wouldn't have as much of an issue paying what I did, but right now I just feel ripped off.

Stayed here for two nights B&B in February 2011 to enable a day return trip on the 'Bernina Express' train.
Room comfortable, clean and bright. Breakfast a self service buffet was very good.
Would recommend for a short trip.
