Great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the station; easy walk to everywhere in town. Ski in / ski out, rentals etc. on site. Superior rooms excellent, comfortable and warm. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet good, restaurant food also very good.

Great hotel, beautifully renovated with style, staff is very friendly, buffet breakfast has everything what it needs and the food in the restaurant is delicious. A 3-star hotel which deserves 4 stars at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very cosy, the beds comfortable. I had a room with a balcony, which is great for smokers... I'll be back!!!

We stayed at the Vetter for 3 nights, whilst our insanely jealous friends had to stay up the road (I forget the name of their hotel). You pretty much get straight off the train and into the Vetter (although we never heard the train once during our stay so noise isn't a problem). In the morning, the lift is right next door, and there is a green slope all the way back to the back door. Not once did we have to sling our skis over our shoulder and tramp. Lovely!
One point though - not all the rooms are refurbished as per the website pictures. I have no idea how many that effects but the one we were in was one of them. We didn't care at all though as the old style of room had a balcony (we hadn't paid for a balcony) that overlooked the slope.
To quote our friends "you have no idea how lucky you are staying here". And we paid less than they did!

It was my first time in Switzerland and I wanted to see the Alps so we picked Arosa. We chose this hotel from its website and booked a standard double room. Once we arrived in Arosa, the hotel it was easy to from the train station we found we had been upgraded to a double comfort room, gratis! The room looked out towards the Alps and the view was beautiful. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean with a modern feel from the bathroom and the lighting. This hotel made our stay one of the best vacations I've ever had. The hotel restaurant was also exceptional and I would recommend it for its quality and prices. However, we only ate there for dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, friends and couples.
