Hotel is run expertly by the management (owners). The views are spectacular and the meals sumptuous. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.

This is a smart hotel with modern interior style and about seven mins walk from the centre. It is not a traditional mountain atmosphere and is a bit stiff. Be careful with your extras as these is pricey; ie; wine at dinner, bar drinks. Also local taxes are extra at about five euros per couple per day. The charge for our dog was 20.00 euros per day without food -- ummh.

Evening meals are in a nice restaurant and upto good hotel standard ( not overwhelming )but breakfasts are spot on.

The wellness spa is of top quality and has obviously been a big investment for the owners who are in attendance within the hotel -- the management is pleasant and professional albeit rather commercial.

There is better value without doubt in the village in nice hotels that are more easy going and closer to the lifts/station.

If you are looking for a family hotel where you are feeling like "coming home", you are at the right place. The food is excellent and the rooms are very good, Swiss-style. Family Leeman and the entire staff know their profession extremely well. How can you not like this place....

My husband and I had a wonderful stay on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Mrs Leemann, our host, was exceptional. She was most understanding of our personal circumstances, especially having to reduce our stay. We loved the location of the hotel and the ambience. The only reason for not giving giving five stars is that having paid a premium price for the holiday season, the restaurant staff left a lot to be desired. It was most unpleasant that the waiter stored his cutlery under our table, and was bending over to get new cutlery for all the tables that he was serving every few minutes. This distracted us from enjoying our Christmas Eve dinner. We had to keep asking for our orders to be served. At breakfast, on Christmas Day we waited 20 minutes for our coffee which was ordered as soon as we came in. The service only improved slightly at the Christmas Day dinner. The next morning, there was a real difference. New staff, clearly experienced. Coffee was served with alacrity and they knew exactly what to do as far as service went. How I wish they had been there the whole time. If so, it would be a 5 star rating.
Having said all of the above, we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and the hosts.
