Nice Cozy Hotel. Rooms were clean and Average in Size. The Food was good and good spread for breakfast.
Staff were friendly and Nice. Free WiFi in the Lounge, however Lounge closes at 10 pm. (you could still sit at the lobby and browse)
There are many other restaurants close by (swiss, italian, thai, indian, Mcdonalds and 5 mts walk to the train station)
Its Easy to get to Jungfraujoch.
Nice to walk around the park in the evening.

I loved everything there is about Interlaken and my hotel there was one of them. A very comfortable place, with a very spacious room. Less than a km from the Interlaken OST station, it offers good service and value for money. The breakfast is very nice and the hotel staff very friendly. However the hotel doesn't have curtains which was a bit odd.

Hotel Weisses Kreuz is favorably located just off the main Street in Interlaken. Though everything in Interlaken is at a walking distance! the location certainly is a plus point. The rooms are nice..however one must specifically ask for a room with the street view to make the most of the stay.The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is good but the restaurant for lunch and dinner is even better. The pizza was one of the tastiest we've ever had.
The reception staff even helped us go for a lake visit which we certainly would have missed the last bus to without their help.
We had issues regarding running water and also the water heater not working.

I stayed with all of my family for 2 nights. The staff are formal, nothing to complain about. The rooms are really spacious compared to the other budget hotels we stayed in. That's the biggest point in its favour. But the hotel should not skimp on basic amenities, such as a waste bin inside the room, a couple of more lights, one electric kettle for making coffee with some gift sachets, etc.. How much would it cost? 1 S. Fr. per day per room would recover all the additional costs and add to comfort significantly. The hotel is very conveniently located. Even people with heavy trolley luggage can walk down from the Intelaken West station. One more suggestion for the Asian visitors: the hotel should provide a shared microwave to allow them cook simple preparations. Add 1 S. Fr. more for that per night if you like.
