My flight was late so missed my train connection to the Jungfrau area. Scanned the websites for a place that could accommodate me from midnight to six am at a sensible price. Not easy in Interlaken close to the station. Plenty of choice within 15 minute walk but under five minutes was hard. It was raining heavily. Eventually found the fifth floor at this hotel which did all that was required. Arrived at midnight, got to my room, simple but had all that was required, slept well and left at 0630 all for Sfr70 or £45. Missed breakfast etc and made my train. I stayed here a few years ago but in the main hotel where the facilities are better.

My hubby and I spent a day in interlaken during our trip to Switzerland 2 months ago. Hotel location is good, just a short distance away from the main station. Room is very clean and seems to have been recently refurbished. Modern decor. I had a private balcony (most rooms have a balcony except the smaller double/single rooms) and enjoyed taking in the views of the mountains and watching the stars at night. Wifi is not included but they do have a computer room with Internet access. Breakfast room opens early as well which is a big advantage to travelers with morning trains to catch.

stayed in economy double room but it didn't feel like ecomony. Balcony and views from front of hotel. no trouble with shower. extremely clean. friendly and attentive staff. great breakfasts included in price. wonderful cocktails in bar. within walking distance of Interlaken Ost train station and several bars and restaurants. very good value.

This hotel is situated right in the middle of Interlarken. It is just down the road from Interlarken OST, and has a number of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The rooms are very modern and clean, showcasing the view off your balcony to the alps.
