This Hotel is a perfect Place to stay in Interlaken.
Absolutely friendly staff at reception and in Restaurant.
The parking situation, directly at the hotel, is sometimes a bit short, unfortunately, no direct access to the hotel.

The hotel Krebs is really close to the station at Interlaken West, and have a number of nice shops and restaurants close to it. We loved the style of furniture in the lounge. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and we liked the choice of pillows provided. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, including looking up and printing out train schedules for us. The breakfast was on par with the other 4 star hotels we stayed at during our trip. Sure it is not everyone's cup of tea but we preferred the personal touch of this hotel and would stay there again. Only real negative was the fact that we did not have a mini bar in the room.

my wife and had a 3 days 2 nights stay at Krebs and one of the reasons to book this one was it beinv right next to the train station, infact u see the hotel signave frm the hotel, just 5 mins walk.
The recwptionist was very warm and helpful and gave us all the necessary information on arrival. The room was a delux double which had a view of the snow covered mountains and the min street. It actually rined the day we arrived and the view was quite good. was dissapointed to know that for a room witb balconh and fridge ill have to upgrde to one which was costlier by 100 francs a night. The street outside is full of souvenair shops and smll sfores and restraunts. We dined at ghe hotel restraunt and enjoyd our champgne cheese fondue and pasta....service was very prompt and food was good...
The brekfast menue was not very elborate but was sufficient....for using the internet you need to take a passcode from the reception and the same is valid for 24 hours..
rooms are nice and clean but like i mentikned a fridge and balcony would have made it perfect!! Also 2 single beds were joined together to make a queen size one, prefer a singke bed to it.O verall a pleasant stay though might wanna try zoms other hotel on our next trip.

we chose the Hotel Krebs based on other Tripadvisor contributions. The hotel is well located in between the 2 Interlaken rail stations, in the centre of town and pretty much the centre of all the action. The room we were offered was clean and comfortable looking out over the main street and straight at the Jungfrau ! staff were courteous and helpful, a special thanks to Stephanie on the front desk for some excellent advice on visiting the Jungfrau. we stayed in September 2011 and the weather was very mild, 23 deg C by day and cool at night, at these temps the room was quite comfortable but i imagine in the middle of summer with no a/c it would be quite a chore. As others have pointed out the restaurant is a bit dated, we didn't eat there in the evening but had breakfast included and it was just OK. Would we stay there again, yes, it's moderately priced, 3 star by Australian standards.
