We had some difficulty finding our way to the place by driving as the pension is located in a tucked in neighborhood on the hill. When we found it, my husband looked at me as though we've got to the wrong place! It's a run down old building on the hill and when we rang the bell and was escorted to the room we're checking into, it wasn't made up yet but that's because we arrived early. Anyway, when we came back in the evening, the room was made up and even though it looked better and cleaner, was spacious, had a private balcony with some view of the city, it was still somewhat disappointing because the room and the balcony area really need a facelift and thoroug clean up. The location, however, was good as there was a short cut by staircase to go down to the city center in 5 mins time... We paid CHF 90 per night which came with free parking, simple continental breakfast and free internet. For Luzern, it's probably not a bad deal considering that the location is in the city center...
