If you are looking for a decent place to discover Lucern - this is your property. The hotel itself looks great outside and it is located close to all major attractions of the city without being in a crowd location.Rooms are rather small but quite nice decorated. Breakfast - always good with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff is rather polite than warm but quite professional. Good value for money, I'll come back.

Everything I remember about the hotel is good. Firstly, I was happily surprised with the exteriors of the hotel. The service at reception cannot be said as warm but was professional. It is very near to the bus-stop, at 20 minutes walk from the main city (road and railway station) and yet not in the center of activity. It is also very near to the famous "Dying Lion of Lucerne" and this adds another positive to the location. We got a well-maintained room with all amenities. The level of hygiene and maintenance of entire hotel can be graded 'Commendable'. The icing on the cake was the dining area, sprawling with a sumptuous breakfast which is inclusive in the room booking. Overall, we specially cherish our 2 day stay at this hotel in the entire Swiss vacation.
