The great thing about the hotel is its location which is just 2 mins away from the train station & boat station. The famous chapel bridge on lake lucerne is also very near to the hotel. The hotel has comfortable and clean rooms with free internet available at all times. There is a 24 hr. channel dedicated totally to various tourist destinations in Lucerne which can be very helpful and informative for tourists. The buffet breakfast is also very good. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Overall, a very good place to live if you are staying in Lucerne.

Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was very courteous. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but very clean. Very nice breakfast with hot and cold options. Location is amazing - 2 mins from the train station and the Chapel bridge. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Luzern only a few minutes walking from the central station and the old city. The rooms are spacious and modern. A free Wifi connection is offered.
I was positively surprised by a varierty of details e.g. in addition to the bibleble, a book on buddhism is offered as well in each room. I stayed in the hotel for business at a special rate, otherwise rates are very high. I reccommend this hotel for business stays. For a private stay, I would look for a cheaper place.

Hotel staff is average, but accomodating. Just don't expect too much. The rooms are clean, small and not full of amenities. The location is 5 minutes from the train station, chapel bridge and old town. Great for nice walks around town or the lake. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, offering everything you could think of and more. The restaurant offers good atmosphere and the locals like to hang out there during the evenings. Lake Lugano is a must see day trip via direct train its about 2-1/2 hours, but oh is it worth it!
