Service was very nive, they were informative and respectful.
Our rooms werelarge and cozy with nice amenities and beautiful views.
Locations itself was quaint and peaceful, people were nice, and there were plenty of shops and stores to browse.

We had travelled to Switzerland with Star Tours on a 7 day package tour including visits to Germany and Paris along with Switzerland. It was a pleasant surprise for us to find that we would be staying in Hotel Ramada on the itinerary provided by our tour manager.

Hotel Ramada is located at the foothills of Mt. Titlis. It is just a 5 minutes drive from the foothills of the wonderful Mt. Titlis. Ours was a luxury suite which was lovely. We had a seperate living room and bed room. The room size was massive too much for 2 people. My family had a different room, so it was just me and my wife staying in this room and we just loved it. We had a beautiful view from our room balcony. We could see the Swiss Alps and could hear the church bells ringing at every full hour. It was perfect ambience and tranquility filled atmosphere.

Breakfast was good with lots of cereals and varieties of breads. However coffee had no milk in it :( :( The only drawback in this hotel is that the hotel has only one lift so when a large group comes to check in with heavy baggages, it is a very long wait to get into your room. This hotel is always busy because it is very popular for many coaach tours visiting Titlis to accomodate their troups here.
There is a bollywood disco nearby where they play good bollywood music with drums and I would surely advocate all musii and disco lovers to visit this place.

We stayed here in Aug 2010 and must confess it was a lovely little gem at the base of Titlis.Rooms were perfect,service excellent and location outstanding.You cannot go very wrong by choosing this hotel at Engelberg.Would love to go back there!

Stayed as part of a Trafalgar Family Tour. A perfect Family Hotel. In the center of Engleberg with a Park across the street and views of the mountains from our balcony. Quad share rooms with 2 bedrooms. Would stay there again.
