Stayed there for just a couple of nights but have quite positive impression.
Hotel is quite expensive, but this is like everything in Switzerland, so comparing to other Geneva hotels pricing was pretty good.
Room was quite big, bright and comfortable, welcoming to stay in the room longer than just to sleep overnight. Internet in the room is rather expensive but well compensated by a computer at the lobby with free internet access.
Lobby deserves an extra appraisal - very good looking, comfortable and quiet, with a coffee machine which produces a really good coffee.
Location is wonderful as well - a pleasant walk to everything that's around the city centre. And Starbucks next door is a good alternative to really overpriced hotel breakfasts.
The only thing I didn't like is complete lack of knowledge of tourist things by the staff. When we asked for an advice of a full-day trip somewhere interesting we were provided by a list of all available excursions from some agency, varying from 1 hour to several days and without any advice or explanation at all. And when next morning we asked which of the short boat trips is more interesting we were suggested one "because they offer food on board". When asked a direct question "where do these trips go" the person at the receptions frankly answered "I don't know" and didn't even try to make a call and find out.
So if you want a good place to stay, this hotel is a great choice, if you want some tourist information, ask elsewhere.
