We arrived at around 7pm,from the airport we got the train which dropped us off at Cornavin station within 5 minutes,there are free tickets available for travel from around where you get your luggage in the airport. We walked across the lake into the old part of town.
The hotel is located on Rue De La Rotisserie just a few meters up from the Alhambra theatre.
There is a small sign above the entrance to the arcade where the hotel is located within.
We went up to the 6th floor where the reception is located and booked in, this took a few minutes and the gentleman on reception was very helpful and explained everything.We were given a double Economy room as booked, the rooms are a bit small but adequate for a nights stay. We received breakfast at 9am as we had booked it,there was a roll and croissant per person,preserves,orange juice and coffee or tea if you prefer.
The room has a toilet and shower,television,central heating,small table and a couple of chairs. I believe there are larger rooms and suites available f I was staying longer then I would have booked a larger room. We left at 11am and where asked if we would like to leave our luggage which I believe is free for them to keep it if your onward journey isn't until later in the day,the girls on reception were very helpful.
