It’s located very close to international organisations and walking distance to the Geneva Lake, and about 15/20 minutes walk to Cornavin train station (pedestrian street, buses to many places in the city, shops, etc.); bus No. 1 stops about 150 m of the hotel and takes you to Cornavin (about seven stops). The hotel provides you free of charge with a public transport card for the length of the stay, which allows you to make use of all buses within a certain ratio in Geneva.
The hotel has been recently renovated. I’ve stayed many times in this hotel (presently I stay once a week), and I have to say that it meets of my needs. I always rent one of the two Jr. Suites that the hotel proposes. The Jr. Suite that I always stay is quite large, it has two separate areas and three little balconies (one in the sleeping area, one in the work area, and one in the sitting area) with a great view to the Lake. The room is tastefully furnished in a modern style. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, impeccable sheets and towels, and, it goes without saying that the cleaning fully meets the Swiss standards: SPOTLESS. Continental breakfast served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am is very good, and the Restaurant to have lunch or dinner, though it doesn’t offer a large variety of dishes, is excellent. Taking into account that hotels in Switzerland are very expensive, I think that the price of the Eden is correct and it offers the best value for money. Breakfast is included in the price and WI-FI in public areas as well as in the room is free of charge. Last but not least, staff are very professional, helpful, friendly, bilingual and some of them are trilingual. All in all, I definitively recommend this hotel!
