This hotel is located very near the station and within walking distance to the lake and the old town. There are a number of restaurants nearby, and a Starbucks almost next door.
The room was modern, clean and light, with a floor to ceiling window, but good soundproofing. It was also very basic: one bed, one plastic chair, one plastic table attached to the wall.
The (free) wifi connection wasn't working.
Pets are accepted.
At 200 euros per night without breakfast, it was expensive for what it offers, as is everything in Geneva where you pay double the price for half the service.
