This is my first time staying with this chain and the experience was great. The room was very stylish and clean. It comes with a very modern look. There is a lounge in the lobby where they serve breakfast in the morning as well. You can relax in the lounge with free tea, coffee and hot coco all day long. My bf and I were stranded in geneva due the volcano ashes and we enjoyed our stay there a lot. The hotel staff working there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommand this hotel to anyone planning to visit Geneva.

We arrived really late from a flight from Zurich and even though they do not have 24 hour reception, a lovely lady was there to let us in, handed us our key and said not to worry about anything until the morning. This was the best thing as we were absolutely exhausted and delirious from a very long journey from Perth, Western Australia.
The room, although small, was very comfortable, very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities and a window which we could open, which we just love!
The lovely gentleman that was at the reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was happy to look after any bookings, call taxis and help with general information.
The hotel is just off a main street, walking distance to everything in the city centre but very quiet.
We can highly recommend the Quality Hotel in Geneva and would not hesitate to stay there if we go to Geneva again.

location was fine, but hard to find.

room was good size, but there were pidgeons living in the walls on the 5th floor and made terrible noises in the early morning. UGH!

the lady at the front desk was great and helpful. the 2 men who work at the front desk were less than helpful. the younger man with dark hair was nice, but gave us all the wrong directions. the older man was totally NOT helpful and would not print out directions for us back to Paris. the lady at the front desk always printed out directions from mapquest for us (for our day trips). the older man claimed that it was too difficult for him to do so and also said that our journey back to Paris would take 7 hours. THAT (we knew) was totally ridiculous. maybe he's travelling by donkey. It's a 4 - 5 hour ride and we made it just fine without his help.

hotel was clean. geneva was pretty and ok. actually, a little boring. the chocolate was incredible!

the driving is horrible. it's the most confusing city to drive in for it's size. paris, rome and new york are much easier. :)

The Quality Hotel Geneva City Center is situated right off Rue de Lausanne, one of the city's main streets on the rive droite. We arrived early afternoon, not quite sure what to expect, and what a pleasant surprise we were in for.

We were welcomed by the hotel mananger who offered us, me and my son, coffee and juice while we were checking in.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor, facing backwards, and though the view was not impressive, it was hard to believe that we were in the middle of a big city, it was so calm and hardly any traffic noise.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a small flat screet TV, and wireless internet connection free of charge. Further there was a rather large cupbord, a drawer, writing desk and a small table. Really all you need when staying in a big city.
The breakfast was good, not abundant, but it had what we needed. Cereals, bread, croissant - of course, fruits, juice, coffee, jam, yoghurt, cheese, ham and "pain au chocolat".

The hotel staff were helpful and always ready to help. They do speak English, but as I speak French I didn't really test their abilities.

We find this hotel above average, and it is suitable for tourists, and as it situated relatively close to the international organisations such as the UN, also very convinient for the business traveller. The tram (all directions) leave from just a few meters away, and you are only a ten minutes walk from the shores of the lake, Lac Leman, in English known as Lake Geneva. There are cafés and resturants in the streets nearby, and unless you are addicted to great luxury,this hotel can be highly recommended.
