We booked at the last minute to stay here for 3 days over new year. Our flight arrived very early on Old Year's Eve and we made our quick way to the hotel hoping to be able to store our luggage until we could check in later. The reception staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in immediatley even though it was only 8.30am and our room was clean and ready for us. The hotel is peaceful and quiet- easily accessible from the station and only a few minutes' walk from the lake and the old town.
Good value for money and free internet in the lounge which helped with booking our ski equipment for the next stage of our trip. We were also supplied with a 3 day travel pass for Geneva at no extra cost and were supplied with maps for the city.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days for our honeymoon recently. After a long walk in Geneva when i came back to the room, i had a big box of choclates,flowers..kept as a surprise.We were flabbergasted by the hospitality shown towards us. Every employee of the hotel helped us with whatever information we needed. The rooms were much bigger than any ibis i've seen being an employee of Accor India.I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family visiting Geneva.
