Centrally located. Very near to lake and to Central Station.

I stayed on the evening of Wednesday 11th January, and on check in found the chap on reception to be smug and a little conceited. This was countered by a very helpful guy on Thursday morning who gave me some excellent help with my local directions, so this evened itself out, and so that I am fair, I will mark this hotel at 4 out of 5 for service because of the help I received in the morning. The room was comfortable, bathroom spacious, with an excellent shower. Spotless all round. In terms of costs, this is reasonably priced for an expensive city in an expensive country. Given its vicinity to the station, it IS close to a mini red light area, but I will say that I was not overly troubled by the ladies of the night when I went looking for a restaurant. Restaurant called 'Pizza Box' nearby had very plain decor, and a good indication for many eateries was that it was busy, the pizza and salad was excellent and with one beer came in at CHF22, which I have to say is remarkably good value.

Despite the perfect location, 2 mins walking from Cointrin train station and 5 mins to Leman lake, this hotel has and old furbishment and staff was not helpful.

This hotel is one minute walk from the central train station, which means you can easily travel anywhere in the city using the complimentary city travel card that I received.
The train station area also has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs.
The old town is just a few minutes walk away, and again if you are lazy you can use the complimentary travel card to take a tram.

The hotel itself is a bit old, I had no light in the bathroom so they moved me to another room, and upgraded me to a larger room as a compensation. The original room was a bit crowded with a double bed, but enough for the very affordable price in such a location. The upgraded room was very spacey, with a bathtub, but unfortunately comprised of two single beds attached together instead of a double bed.

Reception was very helpful and immediately dealt with my problems causing as little inconvenience as possible.

Complimentary internet was a bit in the slow side, but bearable.

I will likely stay there again next time I'm in Geneva.

This hotel is not as expensive as s lot of other hotels in Geneve. But you will still get a decent experience like most other Best Western hotels.

We stayed for two nights and got a very professional service, when we arrived. The rooms are ok, and breakfast likewise.

One negative thought: I asked for a knife in the reception, and got a "no, we do not have any, and we are not a restaurant" as answer... Poor service.

All in all, an average hotel.
