The property is as nice as you will find in this city but as in any business the people make the difference. The management has created a culture of service: from the moment you arrive at the front door each and every employee greets you by name and is quick to attend to every need. The concierge, the doorman, the front desk staff and the waitstaff in both the bar and the restaurant are as good as I have ever experienced. They did everything we asked with a smile. We never tired of our visit although we were there for almost 10 days, every night we looked forward to getting back to our room.
When the shutters are closed the room is very, very dark so be sure to set your alarm. The bed is so comfortable it's easy to oversleep.
Room Tip: 611 is perfectly arranged with a large beautiful bath.
