Ok i will start this by stating that any hotel that charges for internet cannot be deemed better than average.It is like charging for water and is very rare indeed this year.It is my 17th hotel stay this year and the first hotel that has charged(i know the Kempinski in Geneva doesnt)This is no longer an acceptable practise and i urge all travellers to blacklist Hotels that do carry on this practise.I personally will not stay here agin until they start to have free internet.
Other than that.The Hotel has very nice rooms if a klittle old fashioned and unsylish for a mandarin.There was no free water or anything like that,the only thing charitable thing is the chocolate on the pillow.
Service was very good,although the room service menu after midnight is very limited.
I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast ( ahealthy choice,specialy created healthy breakfast) and i did not have time to use the other services.
Its a shame as this hotel seems very good overall,if not so chic...why let it down with this unfair ,ungenerous charge.

Truly amazing experience. Have never seen such excellent service.
Don't ignore the pillow menu, it's something you'll never see anywhere else. Cherry stones is the best.
Beware, that wifi costs 25 CHF a day.

I would recommend the hotel both for business and tourism. The location is perfect, service is very good, the rooms are big and comfortable.

Stayed here on business, quiet relaxed and the staff were more than helpfull.
