The best feature of this hotel is location - it is across the road from the main train station. The free wifi and breakfast are also great, and the staff member at check-in was very helpful. The room we had this time was fairly small compared to our previous stay in this hotel, but furnishings were new and modern. The window opened onto the mall side, so was fairly noisy as it was a Saturday night.

Hotel in a good location close to Cornavin trainstation. Room very small with two comfortable beds. A desk with not enough space to enable you to sit comfortably. Bathroom ok but could use some updating.

Staff very helpful and polite.

Breakfast normal continental with croissants, bread, ham and cheese, coffee, juice and tea.

We were trying to not break the bank with a fancy hotel in Geneva - an expensive place - so this hotel was actually just fine. The A/C was broken during a warm November so we had to have the windows open, and yes, it's a little noisy when the windows were open. But we were there for 3 days an the place was clean, breakfast great, and we can't complain given the price.

I stayed at this very hotel last year and the experience was ALRIGHT, but I do recall my colleague complaining that the room he assigned was noisy. Indeed this time, I ended-up on the wrong side of this hotel. At 7.30 am an music man was sat outside on the string grinding away some really obnoxious music. Furthermore, I was unable to sleep properly as there seemed to be a constant flow of second-hand smoke into my room all night. The location of this hotel is convenient as it is located directly across the street from the train station, however the hotel is not cheap at 177 euros a night and could definitely use some updated décor. Next time I’m in Geneva I will give another hotel a try.
