As a regular at this hotel I can recommend it to leisure and business travellers. Whilst not centrally located it has the advantages of a car park and fast tram connection to the city centre. The 24 hour service is a bonus for later arrivers and early departers.

We stayed here on a last minute choice for 2 nights. We didn't think it was worth what we paid.

The rooms are clean and a decent size. The bathroom also clean but small and a bit caravan like (cheap)

It is a far distance out of town and no where to eat around for dinner, this was our biggest issue. There is a tram but it's very expensive if you use it all the time.

The worst part was the heating, the control obviously wasn't working and the room is so hot! It's nice to feel cosy in winter but it was not comfortable at all.

There is no additional service ie no one helps with your bags and wifi is only in the lobby.

We never had the breakfast as it looked overpriced.

Heating at 26 plus degrees too hot. Control in room not working. Unable to sleep in such tropical conditions. Asked for heating controls to be turned down. Unfortunately nothing changed. Apparently Hotel cannot control heating.

Hotel is about 10 mins tram ride (#9) from the train station. Very comfortable ride and frequency is good. Small room and comfortable room Very good water pressure for the shower and a good size shower stall.

Located just at the Bern Expo so it will be extremely convenient if you are there for an exhibition. But there is no shopping or restaurant, supermarket around the area. You will still have to take a tram to town to get those done.

Overall, quite a good stay.
