This is a modest, but very well maintained, neighborhood hotel. On-site restaurant is convenient and reasonably-priced, and the food is not bad. The tram to old town is about 2 blocks away, and walking to old town takes about 20 - 30 minutes and can be done through the town's rose garden park and its outstanding views of old town. The owners and staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Included breakfast was typically light, but perfectly OK. Free parking, although there were not many spots so this could be unavailable in the high season. It's a two-storey climb to the reception desk (elevator from there to rooms), so if you have lots of heavy luggage, beware. The street in front of the hotel is busier during the day than the hotel advertising would lead you to think, but it pretty much clears out and and becomes very quiet by bed time. Overall, a very good choice on a budget.
