.. assuming you paid the same price which I did which was around 83 CHF (+ 8 CHF for breakfast) a few days ago..
Hotel hasn't got much to offer in terms of amenities.. for example shower offered no shampoo, just a little tube with no label on (I guess that was the soap). No aircon although the window can be flipped and the street was fairly quiet (hotel is not located on a main street). Room was fairly small (estimating that bed was taking up 1/3rd of the whole space) and walls extremely thin (i.e. you'd get all the noise from neighbouring rooms / hotel floor) .. but ultimately, for that price, what mattered most to me was that a) room, bed linen and shower were spotlessly clean and b) I slept very well !
Person at the reception was very friendly and caring.. check-in and check-out were prompt but you're still given these huge keys which you must return to the reception when you leave the hotel. You're given a piece of paper with your room number on it that you must show when you want to get your key back .. but I'm not convinced that this increases security if you loose your wallet. I still prefer magnetic cards with no label. Reception is however open 24/24 a day.
Breakfast is in the basement.. but sufficiently spacious to host around a dozen tables. No hot food .. just continental. Pretty basic selection but enough to start your day well and for 8 CHF, I think it's actually fairly good value (if you go to a train station, you'd probably only get a croissant and a coffee for that price).
So, in general, certainly not my preferred hotel but it was cheap for swiss (city-) standards and I wasn't disappointed. Not far away from downtown - Bridge that crosses the Aar river is 5-10 min away and once you've crossed it, you're actually downtown. Alternatively, you can always take tram number 9 which circulates every 10 min and stops approx. 100m away from the Hotel..
