We stayed for 2 days. On the first day we believed hotel staff have done some survey to check the persons who is affordable or having valuable items. On second day after we're back to the hotel from whole day skiing at interlaken we found that :
1. Room door was opened
2. Luggage key was broken ( being cut off)
3. Money was stolen
4. Expensive watch lost
5. Damaged worth GBP 5,000.
Since there is no damaged to the hotel door, this is purely done by internall staff.
We are very disappointed as no action being taken by the hotel to investigate the matter besides call a police to the hotel and said " Nothing much can be done and have a pleasant trip" No CCTV and other safety requirement.
The housekeeper and reception is not friendly and rude by giving love letter to client just because of lazy to do do extra work on the housekeeping.
The only good I would say is a location however what the point of having good location is client's belonging is not safe in the hotel.
