We only had a one night stopover at this hotel but I can highly recommend it. We were flying into Basel quite late, so I contacted the hotel by email to find out about the free shuttle and was advised to catch the normal bus (50 I think) and they would drop us close, which they did (at no cost). Then in the morning the bus from the hotel to the city was also free! The hotel was very quiet with lovely, spacious rooms and a light breakfast included (you could pay for cooked breakfast). The staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotels catch phrase really is true, it is the most friendly airport hotel. The rooms are very new and bright, they have really been fitted out well.

Lovely bathrooms, huge shower and bath deep enough to swim in!!

The receptionists are lovely, even when I had a problem with my booking (which was not at all their fault) they were so helpful and apologetic. The staff are always helpful when I ask the way into the centre of Basel which is very easy to get to.

Located near to the airport. Rooms are fair sized, modern and clean. The showers are excellent.
Breakfast was fine with polite staff. Definitely would stay here again.

6-nights stay for an exhibition in Basel.. Room was ok (alas, pillows were too soft!), great staff, free-wifi, free parking, free and perfect shuttle service to and from BaselMesse, above the average buffet breakfast (even if I did not like the restaurant interiors)... I definitely recommend it!
