We have just stayed in this hotel. My husband booked online, asked for a quiet room with double bed and a bath. We arrived very late, after a long trip and there was indeed a bath but twin beds and the room was on the street side! We went down to the reception and the receptionist suggested we take separate rooms, which we didn't accept (why should we, we are married...). Then he gave us a disabled room on the ground floor with double bed, garden side but forgot to mention that there wasn't any bath. As I was horribly tired and quite ill I felt miserable because I couldn't take a bath which would make me feel better but we only noticed that detail after he left the room and anyway, because of Carnival the hotel was otherwise full. When we arrived I asked if I could stay in the room till a bit later the next day as I was quite ill and my husband would be working all day, he said no but after the mix up he said that it was ok (come on, they can never clean a full hotel as the same time...).
Anyway, the bed was one of those bed you can put upwards, not very comfortable and it had the folding mechanism right next to where your head lies so one could even hurt oneself! The next day another receptionist told us that the travel agency which had made the booking hadn't mentioned any wishes on our side but when I suggested they contact them as my husband had shown them the booking sheet with our requests they weren't really interested in doing so! All in all the service is quite poor, uninterested personnel and we won't be going there again!
