When we got there we had been put in ground floor room overlooking carpark. We asked to change and were given one on first floor with spectacular view but very small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was slow and intermittent. Breakfast was average. The coffee was filtered and had frothy milk added to look like a real cappucino. Rest was fine. Parking was good and location walking distance to center of Siena

We booked last minute a three beds room. We found the hotel easily and we were very happy with the room and facilities. it was great to have parking so close to the main square (10 minutes walking). The lady at reception gave us a nice map and some short guide on how o get to the main sites. Very happy with our stay and would definately go back. The only possible snag was that breakfast (served in the garden - lovely!) was as it so often is in Italy.... too simple and could do with some more attention.

Very nice staff, and a great view to the valley. The free parking is a great advantage, since you can walk to sienna and not bother about where to park the car. The walk to city is not 10 minutes, but 15-20 if you want to reach the real center. but it is a pleasant walk.

The breakfast was one of the most generous we had in this area, and was in the garden. really relaxing.

I recommend this hotel, it is cute and great value for money.

Room is small and outdated, no AC!, some rooms have better view of the country,
