We were two couples sharing the 3-bedroom Limonaia villa. It is spacious and includes dishwasher and washing machine, but no microwave. The third bedroom has one single bed and a murphy bed, appropriate for either one adult or two children. There is one television which to our amusement began as German only and was switched to English after we notified the owners. We were there for 5 nights and we did have to provide our own hand soap and additional dishwashing soap. Do not miss a visit to the small grocery store at the bottom of the hill in Costa Fabri. A wonderful friendly couple share samples and good cheer.
In addition to the accomodations at Villa Agostoli, you have access to amenities such as Internet (5 EUR for 50 min) at the Hotel Garden in Siena, about a 15 minute drive. The staff at the hotel is happy to make restaurant or other reservations, as well as advice about transportation.
One hint about Siena. Get a GPS or at a minimum a detailed map -- not the one provided at the Villa or the hotel. Overall we would recommend this as a good base for Siena.

We have just come back from our holidays in Villa Agostoli. http://www.villaagostoli.it, We went four people and we had a great time for one week. Honestly we all would have stayed there for a longer time. :). It´s 5 km from Siena in a very peaceful place. The house we booked was a two rooms rural house, which was very clean, nice furnished and just placed in an amazing location. The pool area is great and quiet, we enjoyed it every day just for our own. Views are beautiful the area is just full of olives and grapes trees. A very nice place to enjoy the charm of Tuscany. We are looking forward to coming back.

This is just a wonderful place. The views are so typically Tuscan, right from the windows, at least of our villa. It's just a 10 minute drive from Siena, and easy to get into the main road system to take you anywhere around Tuscany. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. The pool is large and, though shared by several villas, was never overcrowded. This was already our second trip, a year after our first, because it was such a hit. There are a whole range of nationalities there - German, French, British, Dutch, even Italian! However, apart from by the pool, there is no need nor occasion to mix with other residents. We had two excellent holidays there and would recommend highly.

We have just got back from this place and have already booked agin for a longer time next year. An immaculate four bedroom, three bathroom house of our own with (almost) exclusive use of the pool. We definitely had the best place, at the best site, outside the best town in the best region of all of Italy.

We were a family of six including four childrem from 2-14 and will be looking to bring the outlaws with us next year. In short, we loved it.
