We were there last summer...Small but clean, comfortable hotel. Room is big. Only bathroom was a little bit small, but its ok.
Its was enough for us, because we spent all day outside. One was not comfortable - in the evening not easy to find around any place to have a dinner...If you have car you can go to the center.

Small rooms - horrible staff - Had to sit on commode to take a shower. Out of the way from everything. Do yourself a favor and find some ohter place.

This hotel is good if you have a car. If you don't, the best thing about this hotel are the day trips offered. Hotel is a good value because the rooms are clean, simple and the staff is nice but the location is TERRIBLE if you like hanging out late. Its at least a 30-45 minute walk from the historical sites [aka a 10-15 euro cab fare one way] and the buses stop running at 9 PM. Its not walking distance to/from the train station either

The hotel was ok but i had booked and paid for a double room and got a single on the ground (first floor), it was clean but qutie cramped, the rooms on the first floor (second floor) were slightly better. Bus or taxi are the best way to get into Siena it would take a good half an hour to walk, and there are plenty of buses that go past the hotel.
