We stayed for 3 nights in October - what a lovely hotel. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The room was not huge, but we had a lovely big four poster bed and all the usual mod-cons. The bathroom was nice and big with separate bath and shower which is always nice!
The location is unbeatable and would highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Siena. Three minute walk to the Piazza del Campo. Room was lovely, clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Room was very hot and they don't turn on the AC in the winter. While overall a good experience, it was a huge let down that after paying $541 for the room, they charged us for wifi.

Our stay in Siena was amazing! We loved the location right inside the walls of Siena. The staff was very helpful, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

We stayed in this hotel from the 12thof August for three nights in superior rooms.It was the PALIO period and Sienna was packed .The hotel personnel did their best and we had a very good time there.The breakfast quality I think was poor but the location of the hotel satisfied us so much that we recomend this hotel to all Sienna visitors.
