I stayed in the very top room - 53 steps up from the reception - for four nights in mid-June. I thought the room, bathroom and a/c were good. So was the refrigerator. The view, directly to the east, was wonderful around sunrise and sunset - but I did have to close the shutters shortly after sunrise, because the sun was so powerful at that time.
The staff were not only cordial but friendly. Breakfast was more than one would expect from a "continental breakfast." There's a supermarket very near, on the main street.
I would love to go back there with my wife, but she has a minor mobility problem, and the steps would be difficult for her.
