We utilized 2 rooms while travelling with my husband and our high school and college kids. The rooms are smallish - but perfect for our needs. This was our third time staying in San Gimignano - and we loved the apartment stay - Located on the main street up towards the main Cisterna Piazza, we stayed in "Diane" and "Alice" rooms - the windows opened out onto the San Gimignano hills - beautiful! The owners and their staff at the cafe were wonderful and so very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again - Thanks Sangi!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment is perfect if you want no fuss. It has a large kitchen and a good sized bedromm overlooking the countryside. The location is right inside San G.
When we originally arrived we got lost and Barbara came and picked us up, great service!
This apartment would be great for small families , friends and couples except the stairs!

“Great Experience”
We enjoyed our stay in our apartment which was spacious and with gorgious views from the bedroom and bath windows.
The owners, Johnny and Barbara, were very nice as well as their employees. The pastries in their cafe were the best around and everyone was always taking very good care of the customers.
The apartment is right in the midst of shopping, walking, near bus pickup area, near tourist information; very convienent for whatever you would desire to do.
I would recommend this area and apartment to anyone as it is a great value and a very clean place to visit.
Our apartment was #3 Alice.
Thanks to all for a wonderful 9 days.
