I stay here 2-3 times a year and enjoy every minute of it. We often arrive very early in the morning as we catch the first flight out of Stansted. We then get the train down to Pisa leave our luggage in the left luggage place and walk down into town, around 2 we pop into Relais and collect our keys and then take a slow wander back up to the staion to collect the luggage. On the day of departure we usually have the last flight back to Stansted around 10.30 pm so we leave straight after breakfast go back to the railway station leave the luggage and see what train is coming in next and check compatable trains back to the airport. So our last day could be in Luca, Florence or on the coast depending on which train comes in first.
The first time we stayed here we arrived early by taxi and Maria was kind enough to look after our luggage and put it in our room when it had been cleaned.
As I have not looked at the web site for a while I had a quick look after the comments on here and they do make it plain that this is a B&B or Guest House and not a 24/7 hotel. If you want a Hotel stay at their sister hotel which is also superb.
