Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the tower and an easy walk to the staion - convenient for trains to Florence. We stayed for 4 nights and were moved to a garden room after the first night as, according to the owner, it was their best room. Good size room and bathroom - all spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Would defineately stay here again.

Was only there one night on our last night in Italy but could have stayed longer. Beautiful garden in the middle of the place where we had drinks and snacks. The bathroom is a good size for Europe, enough space to move around. The owner recommended his son's restaurant for dinner a few blocks away and the food was excellent - Osteria Dei Mille. Worth checking out!! Convenient to train station and airport and all the sights.

After traveling to Italy, we chose Pisa to stop for 3 nights to allow us to adjust to the time change before heading to Cinque Terre. Hotel Novecento fit the bill. It is close to the center of town but away from the action. Just a short walk to the Leaning Tower- allowing us to get out and see the sights,then return and relax in a peaceful environment.
The staff was delightful and there to help if we had any questions. We speak no Italian and their English is limited, but it was not a problem; just our loss!
The room was small and very clean. The first night the air conditioner was not working well , but kicked in on day two- improving our outlook on everything about the hotel. Coming from a 45 deg 'summer' we were in shock on arrival in Italy.
Breakfast buffet was a good start to the morning- several expresso shops on the way to town to recharge.

Small boutique hotel in the heart of PISA. I stayed with my mum and sister, we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this little hotel was, we didn't know what to expect. Great value too. PISA airport is only a few minutes away, we landed at 11pm and were checked in by 11.40pm. Spotless clean rooms/bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting PISA. Breakfast was really nice, good choice for such a small hotel. They only have 10 rooms. It's family run and they were very helpful.
