The hotel is located nicely close to the river, and 10 minutes walk from the tower, and only few minutes from Borgo stretta & University, where we found nice restaurants. The hotel itself is alright, rooms are quite basic, but the breakfast was better than expected; bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, juice, croissants, cookies etc.

Good Location is probably the best thing about the hotel.
Breakfast ??!!! Well, The tables weren't cleared, no Fruit Juice, No rolls or yougart after 9am, The coffee machine didn't work, and when it did it tasted like tar. The Wi Fi didn't work in our room,had to go to the end of the corridor to get a signal.
Best thing I can recommend is to go room only.

Room was nice, but very dark. I was suprised when I found the safe and full fridge in the room {with replenishment every day}. The hotel is in very good location, only 15 minutes by walk to Tower and not far from airport.
I wasn't satisfied with breakfast. The choise of the food was same every morning {we stayed 3 nights}. There were ants on the carpet in the room around the double bed.

We stayed for 4 nichts in July. May be I am not used to 3Stars italian hotels but the hotel is not priceworth. It has no parking, the rooms are not cleaned well, breakfast was poor and Nutella was no longer fresh.
My husband took capuccino and was supposed to drink it when the service staff came to him "asking" with their gests to leave the dining room.
But the hotel could not worse our impression from Toscana - the most beutiful region in Italy.
