This is a family run hotel and does well. It is very centrally located in Pisa, we made a mistake in not booking a hotel well before the date of arrival and only found this one the night we were to stay. Firstly the hotel is warm and welcoming - breakfast good and full. There is an excellent Pizza place in front of hotel which urge you to try. Hotel rooms are good - have the basics and are clean but not new, this is easily overlooked considering the facities and location. Had a view of the internal wall which is disappointing but considering we booked late not a bad thing. Since this is a family hotel I rang them up and got a better deal than on the site for hotels i was looking at.
For those with cars please note: The hotel is located in a centre which you need a permit to drive into - you can get this from the reception if you are staying but you can only park within the white or yellow lines (I cant remember which it is) where there were no spaces when we arrived but the next day there were free ones meant waking up before 8am.
