Rooms were nice and spacious and Luca went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect!!!! And it was!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the "Piazza dei Miracoli", it is just outside your door!!

What a great experience ! I had been to Pisa some 20 plus years earlier and wanted to return with my Wife and two son's (ages 9 & 11) on our recent Italian holiday. I read a few reviews about the small hotels and B&B's in the area -- all of the reviews for this property were incredibly positive so I decided that there must be something to support each of them. We found out firsthand -- the reasons were clear: a clean, spacious and well appointed room (we stayed in the Quad - "Pink Room").. but the main reason we loved this place was the incredibly pleasant manager/owner, Luca. Luca was so gracious, friendly and accommodating...he welcomed us like we were his family ! I usually stay at Hilton's, Hyatt's, InterContinental's and occasionally, Four Season's...so for me, I was a little reluctant about a B&B...but I must say, it was a great experience for the entire family and I would highly recommend 4 Rooms B&B to any and all. We stayed our first night in Italy in Pisa after traveling many hours from Canada. We found it to be a great place.

Clean and comfortable basic room.

The location couldn't be better it was literally at the gate of the grounds the Leaning Tower is in.

We walked the grounds at night as suggested by our host. It was quiet and not many people.

McDonald's is right across the parking area from it.

Free wifi in the room.

A bit of traffic noise but we were so jet lagged it didn't keep us awake. We slept great.

Wow! What a lovely introduction to our holiday in Tuscany. We flew into Pisa on a Friday lunchtime and thought we would spend one night there before heading off to a villa in the Chianti region. 4Rooms turned out to be the perfect choice for our short whistlestop stay! We are a family of four with two teenage girls and stayed in the pink room. The owner, Luca, was very friendly and met us on arrival and insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs. The room was large and clean with the relief of air conditioning, vital for a hot night in August. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained and we loved having our own little breakfast area with the pink canopies making us feel as though we were somewhere very exotic! Breakfast was simply coffee, tea, juice, croissants, cereals and yoghurts but more than enough to start off the day.

Other guests shared a dining area which again was well kept and had a glorious little balcony attached to it with a view of the top of the Tower - great stuff! You couldn't pick a better spot to put a B&B. Lucca emailed us before our arrival and recommended that we take the Lam Rossa bus from Pisa airport straight to the B&B, taking approx 5/10 minutes and costing 1 euro each. Lucca also recommended Taverna Emma just down the road and we ate delicious and reasonably priced pizza, pasta and meat dishes from here. We loved our stay at 4Rooms, it was a great start to our holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other travellers.
