Hotel described as:
A/C, Minibar, DVD players in all rooms, valet parking, garden behind hotel. Opening windows.
NONE of the above in our case. We paid €60 a night so did not expect luxury, but did think the room would be clean. See pics, it was filthy. Bedspread stained with white (dont even ask).
If we had not prepaid through Expedia, we would have walked right out. We had one bath towel between two of us, which was not changed the next day so was still wet.
Lucca itself if a beautiful place, which was spoiled for us by a grotty hotel.
