Having chosen this place because we had a car + wanted somewhere we could park it up + bus into Florence, it was very frustratlng to find the website misleading - lt's at least 3k from Fiesole + not "1k from city centre". This meant we had to drive into Fiesole, rather than walk, as intended. No covers on duvets! No minibar(as per website).

A great property about 3kms beyond the centre of Fiesole. Le Rose suite was large and well furnished, although other rooms may be a bit small. The garden offers some amazing views of the countryside - especially from the sun deck/pool (although we went in Oct so too cold for that). Friendly staff, and reasonable quality breakfast. A car is almost essential as there are no real paths to town, and it's not a fun walk in the dark on a narrow road. If driving from the North, follow the A1 to Firenze Sud, and then follow the signs from there to Fiesole. Continue straight through town, follow sign to Bosconi. About 2kms out of town, it's a right turn up a hill, and it's a few mins drive to the gate. Property has a website of it's own.
