Total rustic charm. Just three double guest rooms with en suite bathroom and no TV or radio to spoil the country feel. If you are looking for the facilities of a posh hotel this is not for you, but if you love fantastic scenery, great hospitality with a friendly family feel, an enormous outside area in which to relax, clean well looked after rooms, and comfortable beds, then this is for you. Breakfast, eaten in your room or outside if weather permits, is cereal, rolls/bread, croisants, butter, jam, yoghurts, and tea or coffee is certainly sufficient to set you up for the day.
There is a Tratiatore just 100 metres away for evening meals. It serves well priced, well prepared, typical food of the area. Be advised book, it's always busy as people seem to travel to eat there.
Florence is just a short drive away and even closer, at about 6 kms, the small town of Fiasole is great to walk around. All in all if, like me and my wife, you like to get away from the typical "this could be anywhere" hotel this is for you.
