“Not too demanding Honeymooners!!! good price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 December 2011

Hotel is simple and cute. The location is great, close to everything. Just one block from the Duomo, but you can go from there also to the Accademia Gallery and take a look to the Michaelangelo's David. Good service, we had to leave the city at 4pm, but we wanted to take a walk for little more, we did the check out at 10 am and they held our bags for that long. Bathroom was a bit small and the bed was not the best we've slept, but the view was very good and breakfast was also good enough.

“Great location, cramped room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 November 2011

Hotel's location is great, in 2 minutes you are at the Duomo. Personnel is friendly and they did their best to accommodate our wishes.

Hotel room is very small and cramped, but as we were mainly out visiting Florence we did not mind this very much. The bed however was very bad and we could not really sleep well, even after long days of visiting sites in Florence... The hotel has a very good value for the money however, and it is so ideally located that we did not mind the size of the room and the quality of bed.

“Great area, ok services, very cold in october”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 October 2011

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights this October and although it was really cold outside the first night, they didn't have central heating, as they were depending on the building's overall heating system. We asked for an extra blanket which was not available right away, and the blanket which was already covering the bed, the one that's part of the design of the room was extremely dirty, even had lipstick marks on.
Otherwise, the breakfast was fine and the staff were nice.

“Excellent place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 October 2011

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nites during our recent trip to Florence. It is located right in the middle of city center with fantastic interior design. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Staff is very helpful, nice and speaks fluent english. Breakfast is good. Staying in this hotel makes our trip to Florence very enjoyable. Strongly recommend this hotel, and look forward to stay there again.

“La Venere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 September 2011

Stayed in '09. B&B is in third floor of a building. Small but pretty room. With view of Duomo and the city. Right in the heart of the city, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was adequate.

The room we had, the heater(?) was beside the bed, minus points for that.
