Clean room with an adequate breakfast. The room was small. The B&B is located about 700 meters from the train station away from old town. The immediate neighbourhood had few amenities. I would consider staying here again but after looking elsewhere.

We were in this B&B in September. Clean rooms and a bath, dining room, a balcony on which it was possible to have breakfast. breakfast was excellent! (bread, juice, yogurt, jams, nutella, cheese, ham).
the center is located 15 minutes walking . But directly in front of B&B a bus stop. It is possible to reach to the center for 3 minutes.
It's good B&B, but not excellent: the door in hotel opens on a code. And when we already lived there, staff have forgotten to notify that the code was changed.
only the miracle has helped us to open this door.

My sis and I stayed for 3 nights in May, and were quite satisfied with our stay. Given the price we paid, we knew we were not going to be staying in luxury, but the rooms were very clean with new furniture. Wifi and breakfast was included in the price, and the breakfast was adequate, with coffee and other hot drinks made to order, and your own pick of bread, juice, yogurt, jams, cheese and ham.
While there was no 24 hr reception, we were able to catch the staff in the mornings, and had no problems with access. The only quibble is the location. While other reviews stated the B&B as well located, it is in fact 1km from SMN train station in a residential neighborhood (ie nothing to see on your commute), so you should tag about 10-15 mins of extra walking time to the sights.
