Going by the pictures, I half expected a decent room at best. It was the worst experience ever and I will never use their services again even if they pay me!
How do I count the ways it was pathetic? Let me try:
a) No reception desk. Unless you have internet connectivity to check on the passcodes for the entrance, you cant enter the place.
b) No room service or housekeeping. Sure I was there for a mere 2 days but I do expect housekeeping at least.
c) The poorest lighting you can ever imagine
d) Air conditioning present but they keep it switched off and apparently finding the remote involves a game of hide and seek which you will never win
e) The breakfast is exceptionally poor
f) Their bed is comfy. But the bed bugs aren't.
g) One week after we checked out, they charged my card for a 100 euros for cleaning charges. ONE WEEK AFTER CHECKOUT!
Overall, I would not hesitate to describe it as the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. And believe me, ive stayed in some bad ones.

we are really surprised to read this review, yes during your stay you behave in a very umpolite way, without any respect for our job and hospitality.
we will reply now point to point to your accuse, for our point of view made on porpouse to damage our property and without any fondament.
a) no reception desk. unless you have internet connectivity to check on the passcodes for the entrance, you cant enter the place.( all client receive a confirmation indicating clearly to contact the b&b at least one day prior arrival in addition we have sent you an email containing the code to access our property, to future guest along with confirmation and info for entrance we will send them also a complimentary laptop to check their emails b) no room service or housekeeping. sure i was there for a mere 2 days but i do expect housekeeping at least.( we do daily cleaning of each room reception as stated everywhere is operating from 8am to 1.30 pm we are available on call 24/h per day c) the poorest lighting you can ever imagine ( lightning has been made on porpouse to create a certaain atmosphere we guess you probably needed a stadium lightning?) d) air conditioning present but they keep it switched off and apparently finding the remote involves a game of hide and seek which you will never win ( remote control for a/c are present in every room at complete disposal of the guest but please do not try to turn on the a/c with tv remote control or viceversa e) the breakfast is exceptionally poor ( very disciminatory, ham , salami, cheese , daily fresh bread and croissant, variety of juice and jougurt freshly made "lavazza" coffee, to call all this poor it is very disciminatory for people that in the world are starving f) their bed is comfy. but the bed bugs aren't. ( mattress are 3 months old, no bugs at all ) g) one week after we checked out, they charged my card for a 100 euros for cleaning charges. one week after checkout!
( you have ruined the room completely now it is our time to go point by point: made 3 holes on blanchet probably with cigarette and you know all our rooms are non somking, all room equippment needed an extra cleaning and disinfection, we have advise you about it and sent you the invoice before to charge your credit card!!!
we are pleased to tripadvisor to give us the possibility to reply to those defamation and calumnies, we are conciuos to be be a 5 star hotel, but we do definitely do all our best to client satisfy, in this case we were not obviously successfull, we are sorry for that and we hope for us and for other properties to not have to deal with such an unhappy client.
