My friend and I stayed in this hostel while in Florence. We had a room with 4 or 5 other females. I was lucky because every girl in the room was very friendly and considerate of other people. The room was about 28 Euros a night which I thought was worth it. The room was very clean and had a private bathroom/individual lockers. I was there in July and the room was hot! They did put a fan in which helped a little but it still was not enough to cool it down. They had breakfast included in the morning and even great coffee and cappuccino to choose from. I liked the fact they had free wifi! From the Florence train station the place was a little hard to find (the sign is small and we didn’t know where the street was exactly) but we got there eventually. The location was good- short walk from Duomo and other historical sites. However, I did not see too many places nearby to enjoy the nightlife. We ended up going to a place right next to the Duomo for a World Cup game and it was a lot of fun. The hostel had a kitchen and they let us store food in a refrigerator. The staff was super friendly and gave great advice! There were computers and a bunch of guidebooks to help plan your day. A bus that goes to the train station and other places was almost right across the street. I am glad we stayed here!

This hostel is a lovely place, staffed by friendly helpful staff. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were spotless and the breakfast was good, including excellent coffee. Our only complaint were the bedbugs that attacked one of our party. To the hostel's credit, they dealt with the problem promptly and were very apologetic when we told them, and they left us in no doubt that they would be fixing the problem as soon as possible.

when you are traveling by yourself, the most important thing is to be in a place with good vibes.

What could I expect, having never had the need to stay at a hostel before. But ever since they're not exclusive to backpackers any longer and are becoming trendy and acceptable to everyone during the past few years, I really was eager for the experience.
My student son treated me with a visit for Mother's Day to Italy & Florence and choose this Hostel.

Well ... was I in for a pleasant surprise ! I had the best experience and met the friendliest, helpful, just perfect hosts with great people skills - I could ever imagine. No need for my limited Italian - their English language skills are perfect and the broad knowledge base extended even to - out of all places - Gonzaga U and the Spokane area!

Altho a bit challenging to locate the exact entrance - there were no signs - what a great gem of a place to stay for the no-frills budget-minded. Even a scrumptious breakfast - plus free internet - was included !

Nothing but praise - we were really happy to have discovered and experienced your place and you deservedly receive my 5 stars with a big Thumbs Up !
