This was a very nice place to stay. Convenient and friendly. Anna made great breakfasts and took care of whatever needed to be done. Hosts Eva and Enzo also have a nice restaurant La Posta near the Republican Plaza. Or there is a wonderful Hosteria Desico near by where you can be treated like a local. Internet is available and this is definitely a place to return to whenever we are back in Firenze.

Four Rooms B&B is great value in a great location (one street from the river; a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio). And we loved Anna, who takes great care of everyone staying there, and keeps the place spotless, too.

All four rooms can be made up as a double or a twin. All four rooms have ample bedroom space (room 3 is big enough to be made up as a triple, if needed), with a table and two chairs as well as a large wardrobe. Rooms 1 and 2 have small bathrooms very a very small shower. Room 3 has a larger bathroom and larger shower--with the added bonus of facing a quieter piazza.

There is free internet access from the PC in the breakfast room, and wireless access from the rooms if you bring your own PC. There are always little treats around, as well as tea & coffee making facilities in each room.

The only downside--the windows really don't keep the noise out and rooms 1,2 and 4 face the street. There can be a lot of noise--especially on Saturday nights.

Fantastic, modern and clean B&B less than a minute from the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufficies. Therefore a bit noisy at night time, but who cares it’s Florence. Excellent breakfast, freshly prepared by the most lovely host Anna, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were big, clean and well designed boutique style. Free internet terminal. Thank you Anna for a perfect time in Florence.

I was with a group who was staying at a hotel near the train station and my reservation did not go through. So- i had to find a another place to stay.

How lucky was that. Four Rooms B& B is a find. It is clean, fresh and in an excellent location. You can get the feel for living in Florence. The simplicity is refreshing. The owner also owns a restaurant that is also worth trying.

There was a cab strike on the day I was to leave so the owner of the B&B volunteered to take me to the airport at 5 am to catch my flight. You do not get service better than this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
