No business at all! Wifi is not an option here, quite a shame! Amazing staff, specially the ladies working at the morning buffet! we liked there a lot, just as home.

This is a nice newer hotel. The receptionlist lady was very friendly. The room and bathroom was good size and the bed was super comfortable.

I felt the best part of my stay was the above average breakfast buffet. There were several tables with hot and cold items and super delicious, yummy yumy yummy pastry. They also custom-made coffee for us, very nice touch for a local hotel. Almost like Starbuck service, hehe, nice.

One draw back of the hotel is that it is very isolated. If you do not have a car, do NOT stay here. It cost me about $30 for taxi from Florence. Alternative was to walk 5 minutes, take a bus and then transfer to train. There are NO shops or restaurants within a mile or so.

One thing to watch out, they do not have lights on the hotel name on the outside, if you arrive after dark, it will be very hard to find. Even our taxi driver had to go around once to locate it.

This can be a good hotel if you have a car. However, if you are a tourist wanting to walk or take public tranportation, you probably want to consider a hotel closer to the city.

We had to stay in the Idea Hotel because everything else was booked...a bit far from the office we had to go to. The room was clean and comfortable, but as a business hotel, it lacked basics, such as pen, notepad or a place to put your mouse (the desk is slick, and therefore the mouse doesn't work as well as it could). Didn't let us have 2 keys to the room either. So, if you don't need those things, it works out fine. The staff was helpful in giving us pointers on Florence, and the breakfast was pretty good with a large variety of food offerings.
